Classes & Timetable

Your Class

At your first class, your teacher will take your personal and medical details. These will be updated throughout your training in the Pilates studio. Keeping these notes up-to-date enables your teachers to work safely and to measure improvements and facilitate speedy and successful progress.
The Pilates classes at West London Osteopaths are deliberately restricted to a small number of participants to enable the Pilates teacher to achieve each individual’s personal aims and objectives. In our experience, small classes allow for more creativity, which, in turn, encourages faster results without sacrificing form or technique.
If you are new to Pilates or have a specific problem that needs extra care, we may suggest that you book an initial private (1:1) class to help you to understand the principles of Pilates and begin to progress at your own pace.
However, if you have experienced Pilates before or have no known injuries, then you are welcome to book into a group class from the start of your time with us.
What to wear:
Sports kit, shorts or leggings, t-shirt, socks. It is most important that you feel comfortable so make sure that your clothes are comfortable and fit you well.
